Norfolk Grange

Serching? We're here to help you find direction.

Welcome to our organization.

The Norfolk Grange is a time honored community service organization that has been a landmark in our town for over 100 years.  Originally a farm organization designed to provide collective bargaining strength for rural agruiculturalists, today's Grange has changed with the times.

As a powerful community service organization, we focus our efforts on rural projects that make a difference in the lives of the residents in our community. With members from all professions and age groups, we represent a broad spectrum of interests and bring a diverse skill set to the table.

Projects undertaken by the Grange in recent years include:

  •     Annual Clean and Green Campaign
  •    Norfolk Food Pantry Community Garden Project
  •    Annual Presidential Essay Contest

Whether you're new to the area or have recently found yourself wondering how to become more involved with local events and activities, we may be your answer. If you have a passion for local grown foods, protecting the environment and serving your community - you may have just found the organization for you.

Our doors are always open. Please join us for our monthly meetings, the first Tuesday of each month at 7:30 p.m.

To foster the original precepts of the Grange organization - which focuses on community, the environment, and education.  As an historical organization with grassroots firmly planted in agriculture, the Grange endorses the preservation of open space, locally grown food and supports family farms in our community.

Community is important to the Grange - that includes caring for our neighbors, being involved in local activities and supporting local interests.
